Concession Guarantees

In concession contracts for the public authorities, guarantees are required to ensure the good quality of the service. These guarantees tend to match the obligations within a concession contract, providing additional security to the beneficiary regarding potential penalties and liquidated damages. In many of these concession contracts, the tenor is longer than what standard guarantee providers may accept.
