Service Guarantees

In most service contracts, where the beneficiary is a public authority or a private entity, guarantees are required to ensure the good quality of the service. These guarantees match the obligations within a service contract, providing additional security to the beneficiary regarding potential penalties and liquidated damages. In many of these service contracts, the tenor is longer than what standard guarantee providers may accept. Nordic Guarantee has developed a unique approach to secure these long-term contractual obligations.
